How do I open a wholesale trade account with Excelsior?

Opening a wholesale trade account takes just a few minutes. Excelsior is a trade-only supplier, so an approved account is needed to view pricing and place orders — approval is usually within one working day. Apply for a trade account →

What is the minimum order value for wholesale flowers?

The minimum order value is £20. Orders over £70 (excluding VAT) qualify for free UK delivery — see our delivery information for full details.

Do you sell artificial and dried flowers or fresh flowers?

All our products are artificial or dried — we don't supply fresh flowers or plants. Our wholesale range covers artificial flowers, foliage, dried and preserved stems, silk arrangements, florist sundries and seasonal décor.

How much is UK delivery on wholesale florist supplies?

Orders over £70 (ex VAT) qualify for free UK delivery, dispatched direct from our Midlands warehouse. For orders below that threshold, delivery is calculated at checkout. Full timings and options are on our delivery page.

Can I collect my wholesale order from your Midlands warehouse?

Yes — selected items are available for collection from our Midlands warehouse. Collection-only products are clearly marked, and you'll be able to choose collection at checkout where it applies.
