When ordering dried or natural products, some colours may vary slightly from the image shown due to the natural variation of the materials.

Collection-Only Items

Certain items are marked as collection only due to their size, or because they are too fragile to send with a standard courier. These items can be sent via pallet networks at a higher shipping cost — please call or email us for a quote.

Sharp or Hazardous Items

Certain items are sharp or contain substances that must be used with care. No liability will be accepted for misuse of these products.

Price Changes on Re-Orders

If items need to be re-ordered in, prices may change without notice and all new stock will be charged at the current price.

Samples

We can send samples, however the item must be paid for along with the relevant transport costs. Please call or email us to arrange.

Containers

None of our containers are guaranteed to be waterproof.

Delivery

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is overnight from the day your order is despatched. This is not 100% guaranteed next day as the parcel will be in the hands of the courier once despatched.

Some orders may leave on a 48-hour service due to box dimensions.

Pallet Network Delivery

Delivery through the pallet network will either be overnight, or over a 3-day period from despatch, depending on the service you choose. Prices start from £35.

Channel Islands & Ireland

• Guernsey & Jersey — classed as International, £30 per box
• Republic of Ireland — £19.50 per box (restrictions apply on some products)

Damaged Deliveries

If an order arrives in a damaged condition, it is essential that the delivery is signed for as "DAMAGED". This is required for us to process a claim with the courier on your behalf.

Despatch Times

Please take into consideration that Excelsior is also a cash and carry. If staff are busy serving customers in the shop or handling incoming deliveries, your order may be delayed.

Returns & Refunds

We do not operate a sale-or-return policy. We will not credit for goods bought incorrectly unless agreed in advance by a member of Excelsior staff.
